This one day Pudding and Pie course is perfect for anyone who loves their pudding and pie, whether it be sweet or savoury, for dinner or dessert.
You’ll learn the basics of pastry making including shortcrust, sweet shortcrust paste and suet pastry and hot water pastry before moving on to creating your very own puddings and pies.
During this hands-on course you’ll make dishes such as a traditional steak pudding; chicken, pie; everybody’s favourite sticky toffee pudding and a pork pie.
This is a one day course with Nigel that starts in your very own home and kitchen at 10.00am and finishes approximately 3.00pm. All ingredients, the loan of an academy apron, lunch and refreshments throughout the day are included.
