This lobster masterclass is hands-on. Following Nigel’s demonstration of the dish, you’ll be preparing your very own lobster recipe from cracking the claws to enjoying your culinary masterpiece at the end or taking it home to enjoy. There will be lots of opportunities to pick up so many more hints and tips for your fish and shellfish cooking from Nigel during the masterclass as he guides you through your lobster preparations and recipe.
