Our Mini Masterclass sessions 10.00am to 12.30pm (weekdays and weekends) are themed to various specialities such as poultry and game preparation, pasta making,, pastry making, stews and casseroles, Indian, Chinese & Asian cuisine , soups, stocks and sauces, desserts, fish dishes, heathy eating, pickles & chutneys, sourdough bread and also on the back of the energy and food cost crisis we have also developed a “thrifty batch cooking” mini masterclass too.
Our mini masterclass sessions are a combination of recipe demonstrations with Nigel and hands-on so you will be involved with the recipe preparation and presentation whilst picking up lots of hints and tips during the session.
Recipe tastings followed by a Q & A complete the session.
The loan of an academy apron and refreshments are included.
