A taste of Italy,  you’ll start with the essentials of making your own pizza, pasta, focaccia doughs and pesto sauce before moving on to creating the most amazing pizzas and pasta recipes and finish off with creating a classic tiramisu dessert.

Ounce you mastered the art of making your own pizza and pasta recipes you have friends for life!

This is a one day course with Nigel that starts in your very own home and kitchen at 10.30am and finishes approximately 3.00pm. All ingredients, refreshments and the loan of an academy apron are included for the day.
