On a whistle stop tour of India and Asia you’ll start with the essentials of herbs, spices and blending before moving on to creating a Thai Spiced Ginger Beef with noodles, jalfrezi Chicken, the perfect Nann and Thai Green Curry.

Our courses are all about personal preference so you can make your dishes as mild or as spicy as you like.

This is a one day course with Nigel that starts in your very own home and kitchen at 10.30am and finishes approximately 3.00pm. All ingredients, refreshments and the loan of an academy apron are included for the day.
