For the perfect start to your Christmas season. why not join Nigel for a hands-on Christmas cookery masterclass. During this half day course you’ll be making your very own hand raised pie with red onion relish and preparing your traditional plum pudding in muslin to steam on Christmas day.
Along the way, you’ll enjoy some extra festive treats and pick up a wealth of information, hints and tips, to make your Christmas culinary delights impress your guests and reduce your stress!
All ingredients and refreshments are included and at the end of the course you’ll take home all your work to either freeze or share with family and friends.
This is a half day course which starts at 09.30am and finishes approximately 12.30/13.00hrs. All ingredients, and the loan of an academy apron and refreshments throughout the course are included. We will also provide you with suitable containers to take home your work to share.
