This one day cookery course is designed for the serious Pies, Pate’s and Terrines enthusiast.
Try your hand at making these savoury delights from pies and terrines to eat hot or cold, chicken liver pate and a terrine incorporating delicate or strong flavours and an assortment of textures.
Learn also how to make a red onion marmalade.
You will also have prepared a hand raised pie and a terrine to take home with you.
This is a one day course with Nigel that starts in your very own home and kitchen at 10.00am and finishes approximately 3.00pm. All ingredients, the loan of an academy apron are included.
