
This course is for seafood lovers everywhere and covers dressing fresh crabs, filleting a round fish, preparing fish stocks and classic fish based sauces, preparing your own lobster Thermidor plus lots lots more.

This is a one day course with Nigel that starts in your very own home and kitchen at 10.00am and finishes approximately 3.00pm. All ingredients, the loan of an academy apron are included.
