Everyone love a macaroon but have you got the skills to master this most famous little biscuit?!
This evening class will teach you how to make the perfect macaroons. They’ll be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, you’ll have five delicious flavoured fillings and they will all be uniformed in size and decorated to perfection.
Best of all you’ll leave the course with a box full of your very own hand made macaroons, if you can resist eating them all first that is!
This is an evening course which starts at 6.30pm and finishes approximately 9pm. the cost includes all ingredients and the loan of an academy apron. Please bring with you suitable containers to take home your macaroons.
