Have you got a budding mini chef in the making? Bring them along to our brand new kids cookery course here at The Academy and watch them get hands-on with three fabulous recipes to inspire them to get creative in the kitchen.
Under Nigel’s expert tuition, your mini chef will prepare and cook crusty white bread rolls, salmon fishcakes with a dressed salad and to top it off – chocolate fondant pudding.This course is designed for 8 – 13 year olds and must be accompanied throughout the class by a responsible adult. All ingredients and refreshments are included (there’s plenty of tea and coffee for the grown-ups).
Everything your child makes can be either eaten during the course or taken home to enjoy later, we provide suitable containers to take their work home. Your fully fledged mini chef will also receive a complimentary baseball cap and signed copy of Nigel’s award winning cookbook which is perfectly suited to young aspiring chefs.
