This one day course is designed for the serious Pies, Pate's and Terrines enthusiast.
Try your hand at making these savoury delights from pies and terrines to eat hot or cold, chicken liver pate to fois gras and a variety of terrines incorporating delicate or strong flavours and an assortment of textures.
Learn how to make accompanying dressings to compliment your dishes such as vinaigrettes, red onion, marmalade and traditional Cumberland sauce.
You will also have prepared a hand raised pie and a terrine to take home with you.
This is a one day course which starts at 10.00am and finishes approximately 3.30pm. All ingredients, the loan of an academy apron, lunch and refreshments throughout the day are included. We will also provide you with suitable containers to take home your work to share.
