Tickle your taste buds with all kinds of flavoured and traditional fresh pasta on this half day course.

We'll show you how to make a wide variety of fillings and sauces to compliment your pasta and then give you the chance to express yourself by creating your own dish using a selection of fresh ingredients such as juicy vine ripened tomatoes, olives, pancetta, tender chicken, herbs and spices, wines and vinegar - the list goes on and on.

So dust off your pasta machine and book onto this Italian experience, you can even try making your own ciabatta. 

This half day course starts at 9.30am and finishes approximately 1.00pm. All ingredients, refreshments and the loan of an academy apron is included along with suitable containers to take home your work.
