To celebrate the launch of Nigel’s book NB. HOW TO COOK, we are offering a limited amount of places to enable people to sample a fun, special taster course hosted by Nigel himself.

Arrival at 10am and ending at 2pm, Nigel will demonstrate five recipes from his book and entertain you with his relaxed teaching style and cheeky sense of humour. You’ll get to sample all the dishes and enjoy a working lunch with refreshments.

Seared Scallops with Asparagus Spears and Saffron Sauce

Smoked Ham and Mushroom Tagliatelle

Fillet Steak with Quails Eggs and Black Summer Truffles

Rhubarb, Ginger and Tea Tiramisu

Classic Lemon Tart

Vouchers for this course are valid for 6 months by e-voucher only. This will be emailed to you as a pdf for you to print at home along with cookery school information and directions to The Ropewalk.

This voucher is non-refundable but is fully transferable. It may be used as full or part payment towards any of our other courses.
